CONVENES

the City Council, in regular session for 28 April 2010 at 20.30 at the council chamber of City Hall, to review the following topics:

1. Read and approve minutes of previous meeting 28.1.2010.

2. Mayor's announcements.

3. Checking the quality and quantity of mainly residential areas, productive activities and service. Duties under Article 14 of the Decree 28 February 1983, n.55, converted with amendments into law April 26, 1983 n.131.

4. Regional Law No. 44 August 20, 1987. Provision for infrastructure costs for secondary interventions on the religious buildings. Measures 2010.

5. Approval of Plan of disposals and valuations Estate. 2010.

6. Adoption rates and LCI Additional Municipal income tax for the year 2010.

7. Approved three-year program of public works and 201012012 annual list of public works in accordance with Decree 12 April 2006, n.163.

8. Approval of the Budget 2010, Budget and Multiyear Forecasting and Planning Report for the period 201 0 / 2012.

9. Consideration and approval of agreement with the ATER Vicenza for the management of three years by art .5 LR 10/96.

10. Consideration and approval of agreement with the Mountain Community of the Brenta to the service associated with the maintenance of inter-municipal territory montano.

11. Approvazione bozza di convenzione fra Enti aventi territorio il cadente nella zona del Grappa per la gestione associata del servizio di battipista.

12. Modifica convenzione tra i Comuni di Mason Vicentino — Solagna e Campolongo sul Brenta per il servizio in forma assodata della Segreteria Comunale.

13. Approvazione aggiornamenti del Piano di Protezione Civile Comunale.

14. Valutazione in merito ai ripetuti gravi incidenti stradali sulla Strada Statale 47.

15. Interpellanza presentata il 20.4.2010 dai Consiglieri Gian Andrea Bellò, Manuela Martini, Chiara Secco e Filippo Pennisi avente ad oggetto: Deliberazione di G.C. n.8 del 3.2.2010 relativamente all’affidamento a Equitatia Nomos S.p.a. del servizio di riscossione spontanea TARSU.

16. Interpellanza presentata il 21.4.2010 dal Consigliere Chiara Secco avente ad oggetto: Gran Premio Ciclistico anno 2010.
