Dear compatriots,

In every flyer we will try to develop one or more topics that concern us and that, in our opinion, deserve to be disclosed and made known to all, even to give a clear and precise response to the many voices that are followed through the streets of our country.
We will strive to be as objective as possible, we'll tell you the facts and give you data, trying to leave you with considerations.


MUNICIPAL WASTE

ECOCENTRO


Il prossimo obiettivo da parte dei comuni e di ETRA sarà il raggiungimento del 65%, nel 2009 era pari al 42%, di raccolta differenziata entro il 2012, come previsto dal D.lgs. 152/06, quota che per Solagna non è lontana, grazie anche alla disponibilità e alla attenta gestione effettuata dai volontari del nostro ecocentro.
Si auspica che questa quota possa, però, essere considerata un punto di partenza e non di arrivo perché separare i rifiuti è soprattutto un modo responsabile to respect nature and all other individuals in a modern society and, in addition to being a good habit that, in the near future, could also result in a possible economic advantage shown by the transition to the TIA (more or less recycling and gives less pay !) although difficult to implement.

Sembra stia per giungere al termine l'odissea vissuta dai proprietari della lottizzazione “Secchi” di Solagna, dove circa 15 abitazioni si trovano ancora senza fognature e quindi senza il permesso di abitabilità. La questione ebbe inizio nel marzo del 2008 quando fu sottoscritto, tra il Comune di Solagna e la società Etra, un atto di transazione in cui il Comune si impegnava nella realizzazione della fognatura nera in via G. Giardino, al fine di collegare la lottizzazione alla rete principale. Questo a compensazione di crediti vantati dalla società per un ammontare di 30 mila e 500 euro.
L'amministrazione Bellò scelse quindi di utilizzare residui di mutui aperti con la Cassa depositi e presiti, vincolati all'esclusiva realizzazione di opere igienico-sanitarie, che altrimenti sarebbero andati persi. Investir! li nei lavori di fognatura della “Lottizzazione Secchi” avrebbe permesso di saldare il conto con l'Etra senza attingere dalle casse comunali.
